Fortress Route (4.5 km): A relaxing walk around Sluis, along the historic city walls, with beautiful views over Sluis and the polder landscape; along the way you will come across the old city gates.
Polder Route (12 km): A longer route that starts on the city walls and then heads out into the vast polder landscape. Walk past sturdy pollard willows and over tranquil little dikes on your way to St. Anna ter Muiden, a protected monumental town with a unique historic atmosphere.
Let yourself be surprised by the combination of culture, nature and history during these walks. Afterwards, settle down on one of the terraces and enjoy a well-earned refreshing drink.
