Hart van Sluis is located at the parking lot on the Groote Markt with a view of the historic town hall of Sluis, the Belfry. It is housed in the former mayor's residence, a characteristic building on the corner of the Groote Markt and the Vrijstraat. The facade has remained authentic, but behind it hides a modern establishment spread over three floors. A complete meal, a drink with a snack, or a cup of coffee? Everyone is welcome at Hart van Sluis.

There is a varied menu with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes for lunch and dinner, an extensive tapas menu to accompany drinks, and a 'small menu' for lunch and snacks. The drinks menu is also very broad, including many specialty beers, cocktails and gins.
